If you do not select this box you will not receive email marketing from us. When contacting The Website via our Contact and Collaborate page contact forms you acknowledge that this personal information will be shared with a linked CULT WHY email account, hosted by Gmail. We have taken every precaution to minimise data breaches on these GDPR-compliant, third party platforms, Mailchimp and Gmail, and, in the very unlikely event of a personal data breach, we will inform you and the Information Commissioner’s Office of this breach within 72 hours.

At any time you can contact us via the Contact page to request what personal information of yours that we have stored, and may request that this be deleted free of charge. We will evaluate your deletion of personal data request and respond within 30 days. Every 30 days we will review our Mailchimp email marketing list and delete all personal information of newly unsubscribed users as a means of protecting their personal information, unless we are required to keep specific users’ personal information by law.


We may also collect certain information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking), such as page visits and how often and for how long they are visited.
